Lesedi, in partnership with the Atlantis Special Economic Zone (ASEZ), has successfully concluded a transformative three-month incubation program aimed at developing small and medium-sized businesses (SMMEs) in the Atlantis region.
The program, which selected 15 local entrepreneurs, provided vital skills in areas such as Business Model Canvas, Business Plans & Marketing Strategies, Operations Planning, Coaching & Mentorship, and Business Pitch Decks.
The program’s primary goal was to enhance the funding readiness of these entrepreneurs, equipping them with the tools needed to secure essential funding and seize growth opportunities.
Through hands-on training and expert mentorship, participants honed critical business skills and refined their strategies for success.
Several participants have already started collaborating with Lesedi on projects within the Atlantis region, demonstrating the program’s immediate impact. Many business owners expressed how the mentorship and resources provided have been instrumental in their business growth.
“This program has given us the confidence and knowledge to take our business to the next level,” said one participant. “We are now better positioned to secure funding and grow sustainably.”
