Our Graduate Programme, known as the Engineer in Training (EIT) Programme, provides a structured pathway for engineering graduates to transition from academia to professional practice.

This initiative welcomes graduates with bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Process Engineering, as well as graduates from Universities of Technology.

Through strategic partnerships with the Lesedi Skills Academy, we offer comprehensive training that combines theoretical knowledge with practical workplace experience.

The Academy delivers MERSETA and NAMB (National Artisan Moderation Body) accredited Mechanical Fitter and Boilermaker Programmes.
