Steam Generator Replacement (SGR)
One of the largest nuclear component replacements ever undertaken in South Africa. Lesedi executed complex engineering modifications and coordinated multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to Koeberg’s operations.
PTR Tank Replacement
Critical replacement ensuring continued plant safety and regulatory compliance. The project involved precise engineering, strict quality controls, and adherence to nuclear operational protocols.
Life Extension Modifications
Supporting Koeberg’s operation beyond its original design life. Lesedi implemented targeted upgrades and modifications to plant systems while maintaining rigorous safety and performance standards.
Salima Solar PV Plant – 60MW (Malawi)
Executed for JCM Matswani, this 60MW solar farm strengthens Malawi’s energy grid. Lesedi’s technical support enabled scalable clean energy deployment in Southern Africa, enhancing regional energy reliability.
Unipackfruit 580kWp Solar PV System (South Africa)
A rooftop installation supporting sustainable Agri-processing operations. Our EPCM role ensured optimized design and efficient energy generation tailored to industrial energy demands.
Cloetesdal 3.8MW Grid-Tied Solar Power System (South Africa)
Delivered stable, clean electricity to the Cloetesdal development under an EPCM contract. The project supports sustainable residential expansion and showcases advanced grid-tied solar capabilities.
Ankerlig 3 OCGT Power Station
Installed 3 × 30MWe GE Gas Turbines, integrating advanced control systems. Project delivery emphasized efficiency, reliability, and compliance with national energy standards.
Gourikwa OCGT Power Station
Executed 5 × 150MWe Siemens Gas Turbines, providing a robust, reliable power solution. The project required careful coordination across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Medupi Power Station – Auxiliary Systems
Delivered auxiliary cooling and 17 balance-of-plant systems for a 4800MWe coal-fired station. Lesedi ensured strict adherence to quality, safety, and operational protocols.
City of Cape Town COCT – Atlantis 7MW Solar PV Project
Full EPCM scope for a 7MW municipal solar installation. This project advances Cape Town’s energy independence and is among the largest PV installations in the region.

A sustainable, award-winning precinct with 6-Star Green Star and EDGE Advanced certifications.
