New Graduates: Lesedi & Ucademy’s 14 month internship programme

Ucademy South Africa partnered with Lesedi on a 14-month internship programme, giving five candidates with disabilities the opportunity to grow and develop in the world of work, allowing them to become employable upon completion of the internship programme.

We are proud to congratulate the 5 learners who completed in our 14th month internship program. This collaboration between Ucademy, Lesedi Skills Academy and Beyond Possible is a great testimony to organisations working together to educate, upskill and equip learner from every sphere of society and showcase opportunities for growth and development in the BPO sector.

Our learners showed tremendous tenacity and willingness to learn and grow throughout this 14 month intership program, proving that regardless of economic background or physical challenges, their belief in themselves drove them to fullfill their dreams.
