The precinct has also been awarded EDGE Advanced certification, signifying residential units that are 40% more energy efficient and 20% more water and material efficient than industry norms. Upcoming certifications include Net Zero Ecology, 5 Star Green Star for the Grappa Shed, and Net Zero Carbon, confirming the project's deep commitment to sustainability across both the community and infrastructure.
