Lesedi’s head office in Cape Town and regional office in Gauteng employ more than 300 people including qualified engineers, highly experienced project management professionals and technicians – all with extensive nuclear and industrial expertise – as well as project support service professionals (planning, cost control, administration, SHEQ, procurement, contracts, construction management and commissioning personnel).

Lesedi has a passion for skills development and training as well as job creation across all disciplines.

Lesedi as a responsible employer is dedicated to the advancement of skills growth of its employees through developing and maintaining a skilled and productive workforce. We pride ourselves with a successful and sustainable Learnership, Apprenticeship and Engineer in Training programme which we have been running since 2014.

Lesedi employs:

  • Skilled civil and electrical engineers,
  • Project managers and technicians, and artisans
  • Support staff in human resources, marketing and communications, legal and finance,
  • and offer Graduate Programmes (Engineers in Training), enabling top-caliber engineering graduates to work in the nuclear engineering environment and other related industries. (Learn more about the Lesedi Graduate Programme)

At the Lesedi Skills Academy, we further develop Artisans and Technical Professionals. The Academy offers the MERSETA and NAMB (National Artisan Moderation Body) accredited Mechanical Fitter and Boilermaker Programmes.
