Lesedi's well defined processes were developed in accordance with the philosophies detailed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK GuideÆ). Each project is managed according to the Project Management Institute (PMIÆ) guidelines.
The concepts of fixed cost, defined scope, WBS, and agreed completion dates are preferred when managing the majority of projects. This provides the client with measurable goals throughout the project life cycle. Where these concepts are not practical, Lesedi will adopt an alternative control philosophy best suited to the project, i.e. Cost Plus, Baseline Target etc.
